Strong knowledge on computer hardware, network, operating systems, and Internet services preferred

Ability to analyze and solve technical issues for Laptop/Desktops/Applications issues

Ability to apply logical thinking to provide solutions to customer issues

Minimum 1 Yr. experiencing in serving US Customers on technical issues(VOICE ONLY)

Open to work 24x7.

Experience 1 - 3 years

Package (CTC): 1.80 - 3.60 LPA + Incentive

Shift: Night

Female: Cab Facility

Male: No Cab (Allowance provided)
