10+ Years’ Sales experience in Chemical Industry.

  1. 10+ Years’ Sales experience in Chemical Industry.

  2. Strong Team management (Minimum 6 people)

  3. Should have handled minimum 50 Crore business or more.

  4. MSc or BTech Education Background

  • Lead, coach, manage and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to achieve sales and profit objectives through project and account management and optimum utilization of resources.

  • Explore market opportunities and manage product portfolio to achieve profitable sales growth and increase the market share.

  • Provide technical support and regularly visit Original Equipment Manufacturers.

  • Consult with product development team on product specifications, pricing issues and market intelligence for better profitability.
