In this role, you will be responsible for: • Provide team with a vision and objectives and manage key performance indicators • Perform day to day administrative tasks such as customer communication, working with other support groups etc. • Conduct one on one meetings and share timely feedback with team members. • Conduct performance appraisals for the team and drive regular performance management. • Motivate, inspire, coach and help team members in their self-development. • Should be able to discuss and drive changes in the process • Motivate the Team to Drive sales • Enhancing the productivity of the agents • Refresher Training to the team on a regular basis • Ensuring that the agents adhere to the process • Managing the roaster , Shrinkage and Attrition • Set the monthly ,weekly, daily Targets for the team and ensure that the targets are achieved • Maintain the sales report of the Team • Will be responsible to lead the Team for New client acquisition and cross sales. • Will need to ensure KRA achievement in terms of NCA and Revenue • Ensure Training of Sales team on a weekly basis. • Need to achieve sales targets of the defined territory Skills & Experience required/Desired: • Previous Sales Experience • Self-Motivated who can operate without supervision is desirable • Strong Interpersonal and social Skills, People Management Skills • Excellent communicator - Spoken and written skills in English. Local Language knowledge will be an added advantage • Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions • Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. • Team Building Capability • Excellent Knowledge of MIS

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
