Level 2 support as needed – defined as: anything needing in person support.• Level 3 support• Analyze software/hardware performance issues.• Create, properly document, categorize and close interactions• Appropriately Escalate interactions as needed to support partners and Vendors• Partner with other groups in MAST Global Technologies to resolve multi-layer problems• Knowledge on Creston and Cisco Video Conference devices• Must maintain AV devices and ensure AMC are covered• On call support: after hours and weekends as per rotation schedule• Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA)• 95% incident resolution• Possess general technology knowledge, including:• Windows 7• MAC OSX• Audio/Video Conferencing Infrastructure and Endpoints• Networking• Hardware knowledge (video conferencing endpoints, gateways, and bridges.)• Fulfills requests as it related to video conferencing and in building audio/video needs. This includes but is not limited to digital signage, large high level video conference business meetings, as well as, large production meetings

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
