Job Description


Designation : Store Manager
Location : Pune
Responsibilities
  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

  • Personality; Pleasant Background in fashion and luxury retail background is an added advantage.
  • High energy committed and sincere.
  • Must be able to handle store personnel. From the lowest rung to the top management he or she have to be able to manage them all.
  • Must manage data and remember good dates to send messages gifts to clients.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle all clients, walk ins and regular clients. He or she should be able to followup with clients and be the communication arm of the store.

    In all his assignments he has built strong well-knit teams. He has worked with Aptech the IT giant in training and consultancy in their corporate division marketing ISO 9000, Quality Management and B.P.R consultancy services. He has always been a highly motivated individual with a healthy foresight, entrepreneurial spirit and determination.
    He has also by virtue of his profession mastered the subject of Body Language and face reading. He now heads Career Placements for the past nine years.
