Should have Excellent communication skills in English - Spoken and Written. Should have Complete knowledge of complete BenchSales Process. Should have a Good database of Tier 1 Vendors and also be able to bring the new vendors onboard. Should be able to work with different work statuses - GC, H1B, H4, OPT, etc. Should be able to work in a team. Should be willing to work in Night Shifts (US Timing) Should be good at everyday activities like Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and Negotiating the rates and following up the upcoming client interviews. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred Experience in US IT Recruitment would be preferred.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
