Job Description
  • Following up with clients/students by meetings(Inside office premise only) or by Calling.
  • Making sales and explaining the potential clients regarding the course.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets of inquiries, admissions, conversion ratios and installment collections.
  • Counseling prospective students/Clients on various Corporate Training courses offered by DSIM.
  • Giving feedback about the inquiries to the Center Manager.
  • Making the inquiry & admission related daily reports.
  • Telephonic follow-ups to the walk-ins after the counseling walk-ins, Sky-Peak counseling, corporate events, corporate meetings, seminars, and webinars.
  • Talking & Recording references from the inquiries for increasing walk-ins.
  • Ensuring the Admission, Course Fee is deposited on time with accounts.
  • Mining old inquires for references.
  • Achieve the weekly and monthly targets of the business, inquiries, and Admissions.
  • Submit daily, weekly & a monthly report on counseling-related activities.
  • Flexible in working with changing and different work settings.
  • Do not need to go outside for meeting clients as it is completely in-house counseling profile.
