> Accounts & Finance responsibilities:
> Bank & Credit card statement reconciliation
>
> Go getter, bold, self driven person in Office Administration & Operations Management..
>
> Excellent time manager, communicator, problem solver & closing things swiftly without follow up.
>
> Ability to deal with external parties boldly – vendors, suppliers, purchasers, consultants, CA, Govt agencies, bank authorities, STPI officers.
> Attendance + Payroll processing.Salary TDS calculations , Handling Salary tax declaration proofs.
> Assist in Account & Finance related tasks.
> Client Billing : Interfacing with our international Clients for billing, payments, renewal of our product through emails.Billing queries , Invoicing.
> Coordination between Customer Support team, sales team for generating & sending SW product quotations to our Clients.
>
Cordination between Bank relationship manager for all baking related queries.
Handling Taxation activities for TDS,Advance Tax, PF,GST for filing returns and making payments.
Preparing SOP's for Accounts & finance processes and taking PKT's
Handling Softex Submissions to STPI monthly.
Handling Bank regularization for STPI.

> Software license management (Issuing/extensions of licenses)
>
Office Management responsibilities :
>
> Strong in Vendor Management.
>
> Preparing and Handling Admin Budget.
>
> Procurement of office material, stationery, toiletries, employee items, & equipment.
>
> Handling Housekeeping Team for tidy & clean office.
>
> General maintenance of office premises.
>
> Real estate management.
>
> Purchase Order Management.
>
> Strong bold Vendor Management.
>
> AMC renewals for CCTV, Biometric, AC, Telephone lines, Internet, Broadband etc.
>
> Arrangements of accommodation and food for the new joinee, if relocating. e.
>
> Member management, including email reminders, member roster, and records of financial dues.
>
> Assist with planning and execution of all Company employee events.
>
> AT times helping HR & recruitment related activities, HR co-ordination, event arrangement
>
> Maintained the track record of all the staff and maintaining their attendance accordingly.
>
> Built and maintain business relations with members, employees, and vendors, visitors.
> Closing government-related administration and procedures.
> General responsibilities include handling STPI related processes as well as customer-related financial/billing processes.
> Able to handle all of STPI and Government-related bureaucracy.
> Good leadership skills & excellent business communication to handle higher authorities in STPI.
>
Internet Lease line administration.
Salary account opening for new employees.
