Job Description

Handling complete Order to cash process
Order entry in SAP & processing of orders
Process orders and application
Continuous coordination with sales team during processing
High Seas-bond transfer documents & communication with customers
Attending their enquiry and issues, maintaining reports
Handling all selling activity (SCM related)
Liasoning with warehouse, sales, internal accounts and audit team, filing and admin duties, preparation of PI and getting P.O from customer, issuing invoices and delivery orders etc
Resolving issues with customer and other associated parties
Establishing proper coordination amongst various departments through continuous interaction
Raising Purchase Orders on principals, Sending Mails and introduction of various products & preparation of Quotations for customers

CUSTOMER INTERFACE:
Internal Customers: Coordination with marketing, Supply chain/ Logistics & Technical team is required for customer support.
External Customers: Continuous interaction with F&D, Purchase, Accounts, Stores & Marketing team is required for providing better customer service. Key Skills:ELIGIBILITY:
Sound knowledge on the basic backend support
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent in prioritization and effective time management
Willingness to grow and takes initiative

Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar profile
