Job Description
• Be a part of the newly formed Marketing and Engagement for publishing team who shape marketing and engagement strategies, and editorial propositions in order to define and deliver a consistent and compelling brand message to Customers.
• Will be an appointed administrator for social media communities (i.e. Facebook Page/Twitter/LinkedIn) & will be responsible for the day to day management of the communities.
• Responsible for moderating Content that appears and escalating any issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Community Engagement & Content Creation
• Writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
• Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
• Design posts to sustain readers curiosity, create buzz around new products and push them to self-promote the titles they have created.
• Create and maintain Content Calendars, including writing Facebook Status Updates
• Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and author engagement metrics.
• Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
• Update the Websites with new updates, images
