Worked on full cycle of a ServiceNow version upgrade
Expert on industry best practices on service catalog and request management

Ability to provide technical solutions to the complex problems
Ability to configure/customize ServiceNow including service catalog, UI pages, Client scripts, Business rules, UI actions, Script includes, Glide Ajax, UI Policies, UI Macros, ACL’s, etc.
Ability to design and create serviceportal using Angular JS framework
Ability to build custom workflows using ServiceNow workflow engine
Ability to integrate ServiceNow with other applications using web services API e.g, SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
Knowledge in Angular JS and Bootstrap concepts
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
Excellent knowledge of Java scripting, glide scripting Jelly, HTML/CSS, etc.
