Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Develop new business relationships and prospects to provide staffing/consulting services to Fortune 1000 clients in Hyderabad/Bangalore areas.

• Build relationships with Technology Managers.

• Negotiate contracts and close the point of sale.

• Work closely with PrutTech’s Recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of quality candidates to the client.

• Develop and manage client’s accounts, while working closely with the management.

Job Description:

• Must have 7 to 10 years of proven success in selling IT staffing/consulting services to “C" level executives.

• Must have the ability to leverage current business relationships and build new ones.

• Develop/execute marketing plans and evaluate strategic business opportunities.

• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.

• Excellent Time Management and organizational skills

• Result-oriented, self-starter, with credibility, and integrity

• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills

• Masters in Business Administration with Marketing specialization is preferred
