Environment
Analytical skills required to collect high level business requirement from Business representative, and produce detailed Functional Analysis
Project Manager skills required to prepare Planning, Monitoring and Staus Updates documentation for IT projects
Ability to work well as a member of a international team (Indian-European Team)
Fluent English speaker
Main activities
· Activities related to projects/change activities:
o Manage the lifecycle for a Project:
1. business requirement collection
2. budget&planning definition and monitoring
3. preparation of projects documents as required by PMLC methodology and use Project Reporting tools ("Prime") required by SocGen.
4. Prepare and coordinate test activities

o Manage the life cycle for minor changes:
1. business requirement collection
2. planning
3. Functional Test (preliminary to UAT) preparation and execution
4. Support in definition of UAT and coordination of UAT execution, go-live

· Activities related to running:
o Second level support in case of sever issues, in collaboration with Italian Service Ops
