Senior Account Manager/Client Partner: The career opportunity is withWipros Sales Group. The SAM/CP accountable for Sales/Revenue growth in keyaccounts. A CP builds and maintains strong relationships with the clients(including CIO level relationships), increases market share in the accounts andimproves penetration. This role is dominantly sales-focused. The Role demandsknowledge and understanding of: Sales Identify opportunities of growth in the account and lead account strategy and planning. Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive penetration in various functions Leverage Wipros unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the customer and increase share of revenues from single source deals. Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
