  • Delivery of annual team goal sheet
    ?Driving sales numbers on company provided leads and prospects
    ?Team of 3 to 6 Relationship Managers
    ?Job involves joint field work and sales calls
    ?Position reports to Branch In charge
    ?Variable compensation up-to 2 lacs per Annum
    ? Ensuring team is updated on training modules internally developed by the company
    ?Ensuring that customer benefit is always kept in mind.
    ?Manage team motivation and morale

    Desired Qualities
    ?Talented and dynamic individual with good selling skills. Sales will be done through HOT leads.
    ?Should have experience of handling a team and driving business through them.
    ?Experience in selling of Insurance, Credit cards, bank accounts, or any financial products will be added adv.
    ?Preferred Male Candidate.
    ?Smart & hardworking.
