KEY PURPOSE

To support the channel partner in sales and on field training of feet on street.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis.

Ensure compliance, adherence to defined sales process and checking correctness of proposal forms and documentation required for processing of policies.

Manage relationships with channel partners and their sales teams.

Support the channel partners and supervise, train and develop their sales teams.

Data management.

Key Critical Competencies

Target orientation, ability to motivate a team, driving reward and recognition programs, effective selling skills and competition analysis.
