Multiple openings for SALES MANAGER, ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
1. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
2. Take overall responsibility of needs of Dealers and Key account retailers
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Experience in Dealer Management, Sales Channels and Channel Partner Management.
3. Previous experience in Sales in electronics, accessories or similar fields.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. MS Office and CRM: Intermediate
6. Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil / Telugu / Kannada
7. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
8. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
9. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
10. Strong business sense and industry expertise
11. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
