Should be a Graduate, PG / MBA with min. 15 years of experience in Pharma Sales. Having at least half country exposure. Having experience of launching a company / state. Post experience of travelling out of state. Good analysis skills. Minimum one promotion within the same company. No frequent changes. Acute segment:- Selling hard core antibiotics. Speciality:- Customer relationship management at least in Ortho / Gynec segment. Age Around 45 Years
