Job Description

Manages sales of Ecotron within a defined geographic area.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
Collaborates with sales team in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with sales/business development head.
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures Key Skills:Eligibility:
Should have mandatory experience in sale of Solar Controllers, Panels etc.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales.
Completing the Annual sales target of 1Cr.
Good communication skills
Experience of selling pumps, controllers or solar modules / inverter etc.

Qualification : Any Engineering Degree, or graduate with relevant experience.
