As an Sales Associate you are expected to understand the need/requirement of the students and offer the products that would be beneficial to the student. Contribute to the revenue of the organisation through the products that the students have been upgraded too by you. As a Sales Associateyou will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects. Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns. Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
