Job Description
• Identify business opportunities for corporate catering and event catering.

• Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate corporate company’s needs

• Set up meetings with potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver presentations on our catering services.

• Giving all the suitable options of vendors and from our own kitchen to the corporate companies and explaining them benefits of connecting with us for catering services.

• Follow-up backed by never dying perseverance with prospects, negotiate and close deals for implementation.

• Prepare agreement with vendors and with clients.

• Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects

• Maintaining the database for new as well as old clients and database of vendors.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Responsible for coordinating with the existing companies and taking orders from them.

• Meeting the existing vendors and searching for new vendors and converting them to registered vendors.

• Working closely with companies to get order for corporate catering and event catering.

• Participate and manage catering events on behalf of the company.

• Coordinate with operations and execution team, all respective vendors to ensure smooth execution of catering as per client requirement.

• Photo shooting of events to attract more customers.

• Credit control by collecting & follow up on the outstanding payments.

• Handling escalations if any and providing timely resolution as per client satisfaction.

• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Reporting daily to the seniors and attending meetings in office to increase revenue.

• To keep eye on competitor’s products and new market trends to communicate internally to remain competent in the market.
