Job Description
  • Handling new Car Business.
  • Sourcing Business from Car Dealers, Dsa’s and Direct handling, Direct Sales Team, Training, Motivating, Productivity.
  • Acquiring New Distribution.
  • Maintaining WIRR, Fee income, Net income Margins by doing Quality and profitable handling new Car Business
  • Responsible for End to end TAT for Login to disbursement, correcting Customer Issues, channel issues
  • Managing Branches, Alternate Distribution Channels & Open market for auto loans (new & new car business)
  • Manage & convert leads generated from Branch network, Web advertisement, Phone banking unit.
  • Achieve targeted disbursements, weighted IRR & cost of acquisition. Develop and implement sales initiative programs to drive sales goals.
  • Effectively communicating the strategies through Branch & team meetings.
  • Achieve the Bank’s Cross Sell targets
  • Providing information to superiors by the way of reports and through unit meets.
  • Channel Management Sourcing and Appointment of new channel partners to grow business.
  • Motivate & Manage the Branch Team to generate leads, through devising different motivating techniques.
  • Handling channels issues with regard to branch & channel payouts.
  • Building of good rapport as well as controlling the branch team & channel partners
  • Team Management Managing a team of 8 sales executives & effectively dive them by allotting clear responsibilities to achieve the overall business target Coaching of Executives, Branch & channel members on product, policy & schemes.
