Achieve the Bank’s Cross Sell targets
Providing information to superiors by the way of reports and through unit meets.
Channel Management Sourcing and Appointment of new channel partners to grow business.
Motivate & Manage the Branch Team to generate leads, through devising different motivating techniques.
Handling channels issues with regard to branch & channel payouts.
Building of good rapport as well as controlling the branch team & channel partners

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
