• Create appropriate branch infrastructure at different locations in the western region and manage a branch based network.
• Responsible for activities regarding researching new business opportunities in the market as well as customer research.
• Hire field staff and other personnel required for setting up and management of every branch.
• Conduct Field activities with executives in the western region of India.
• Consistently follow Sales processes, targeting, prospecting, branding, collaterals and sales support materials.
• Select and appoint vendors, contractors and agents for setting up of branches.
• Recruit and provide Sales and customer services training in minimum turnaround time.
• Motivate , monitor of sales at branch levels and profitability
• Endorse and ensure use of appropriate client development tools, processes and systems for client planning, monthly forecasting, CR
• Liaison with existing clients both HNI and others.
• Responsible for building team capabilities and Ensure experiences and learning’s are shared across team members and broader client development group
• Set up targets, Target achievement by branches and aggressive collection performance
• Maintain customer/ client database.
• Research current client problems, or issues and specific market trend and guide the junior members of the team.
• Implement company’s schemes through its channel partners
• Monitor high standard of quality ,credit control ,office administration ,hygiene and co-ordination with H.O. and warehouse
• Organize programmes for rewards, recognitions and felicitation.
• Suggest on improvement of services at ground level and increase efficiency
