Job Description: - Heading the HR vertical for the West Region - Core competencies include Recruitment, Grievance Handling, Compensation and benefits, Employee Engagement - 10+ years- experience in HR Operations/ HR Business Partner role - Should have team handling experience. - Role will be based out of our Zonal Office (Juhu/ Ghatkopar Store) with alternate Saturdays working - Role will involve travelling within the city and other States as well - Day to day activity monitoring - Monthly Audit and appraisal - Employee Engagement activity

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
