To create Affordable Housing Portfolio in the region. To setup internal and external distribution. Construction Finance to Affordable Housing Developers. Responsible for collection of the portfolio. To recruit and manage teams. Key Result Areas: Budgets of Affordable Housing Portfolio/Construction Finance/Team Setup. Key Relationships: Builders/Channel Partners/Internal Stakeholders Competencies Required: Team Management/Relationship Management/Business Development/Sales/Recruitment/Cross-sell/Channel Recruitment Academic Qualifications Required: Graduate/Post Graduate. Preferably management Degree Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required: 3-7 Years in supervisory position No. of Years of Relevant Work Experience: 8-12 Years
