Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, Mapping, Headhunting etc.
Telephonically screening & short listing candidates as per the JD & JS.
Coordinating with the candidates till they are on board.
Achieving the recruitment target month on month.
