Job Description
Responsible in entire US IT recruitment process starting from maintaining resume data bank to screening the candidate, salary negotiations,issuing offers & Appointment letters & Source CVs from various channels like referencing, social media.companys own database, Job Portals ie. Career Builder, Dice and networking sites such as LinkedIn; Interacting with the delivery team on regular basis and prioritizing requirements;

  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools. 
  • Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate. 
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. 
  • Complete or co-ordinate necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests. 
  • Manage contract employees while on assignment and generate sales and candidate referrals. 
  • Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients staffing requirements. 
  • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools. 
  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads. 
Desired Candidate Profile : 
  • Excellent communication skills with complete understanding of the US Staffing process. 
  • Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills. 
  • Proficient with job boards, postings, sourcing, searching skills. Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and terms and conditions. 
  • Exposure to US Immigration process (H1-B and Green Card) will be a plus. 
  • Should have excellent communication skills, strong selling and negotiation skills, passionate about recruitment
