Required Experience: Transformation experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of process automation / optimization / standardization experience. Transformation experience will be an added advantage

Operational experience: At least 5-8 years of operational delivery experience in R2A processes

Shift Timings : Flexibility with shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

Capgemini Clients are increasingly looking for valued partnerships and expertise to help them develop innovative solutions to complex transformation problems. Finance Transformation Team (FTT) is a transformation consulting discipline within Business Services that offers process diagnosis and transformation support to Capgemini BPO Clients through understanding specific needs of Customers representing various business sectors, providing the Clients with expertise and resources to transform their support functions

Finance and Accounting (F&A): Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes

Supply Chain

Human Resources (HR): Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process

New BPO products development and new BPO sales opportunities are also supported. You will help our Clients to redefine and to optimize their back office processes, to develop visions, to improve operations and systems and to drive performance in F&A, Supply Chain and HR.

The current role is aimed to enhance the business transformation skill set around the R2A business function and would thereby involve the following key responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Effectively support transformation projects. This may include (but will not be limited to) project planning, support client workshops as SME, reporting writing and support facilitator to playback to the client, building client relationship.

Business Development: Assisting responses to RFI, RFQ, and RFP. Representing FTT in client presentations and proposal orals.

Practice Development: Assist transformation product or service development / refinement, in developing subject matter white papers, concept papers, etc

The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization

Required Skills:

Should have good understanding about R2A cycle.

Should have good experience in General Accounting (R2A) (Intercompany, Fixed Asset accounting, Treasury accounting, Month end closing, Reconciliations, Reporting)

Transformation experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of process automation / optimization / standardization experience. Transformation experience will be an added advantage.

Operational experience: At least 5-8 years of operational delivery experience in R2A processes.

Excellent analytical and Technical skills

Good interpersonal skills. It is important that the candidate displays collaboration within / across teams.

Good written and oral communication skills along with advanced MS Outlook knowledge, preferably client facing role. A focus on results and a flexible cando approach.

Strong executive presence for effective communication with senior client stakeholder. Prior experience of engaging with client will be good to have.

Ability to deliver effectively in high pressure unstructured project environment.

Strong organizational skills required; including good time management

Willingness to learn, work in accordance to project based time zones, grows and stretches into new roles and different industries.

FAO Solutioning O7 BPO Operation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Manager (O7)

Required Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com/MBA

Required Experience: 10 Years of total experience. Relevant experience: 7-8 Years in any of P2P, R2A or C2C

Solution experience: At least 12 months of experience in end to end F&A solutions for prospective clients.

At least 6-7 years of operational delivery experience in any of the F&A processes

Roles and Responsibilities:

Derive the optimum F&A solution while taking into consideration various business constraints

Develop quality solution models and support solution architect with quality analysis on solution aspects

Ensure timely completion of solution model as per solution guidelines and strategy provided by Solution Architect

Work with commercial team in providing all solution inputs to enable them to build a commercial model

Develop mastery over gaining an understanding of all levers that impact a solution with a particular emphasis on an understanding of the tools and technology landscape to enable better architecting the solution from technology standpoint.

To integrate Capgemini offerings (Analytics, GRC etc.) as part of the core solution and value proposition at every available opportunity.

To have a thorough understanding of the different pricing mechanisms that can be included in Client proposals, wherever possible - Transaction/Outcome based pricing models.

Work with transition and transformation team to deliver best practices to the client

Requirements:

Solution experience: At least 12 months of experience in end to end F&A solutions for prospective clients.

At least 6-7 years of operational delivery experience in any of the F&A processes

Well versed with associated F&A Processes, Best practices, Supporting IT systems functionalities, Service delivery models (staffing, organization/governance structures, pricing), Process controls, Process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operating Level Agreements (OLAs)

Excellent analytical and Technical skills

Good interpersonal skills. It is important that the candidate displays collaboration within / across teams

Good written and oral communication skills along with advanced MS Outlook knowledge, client facing role. A focus on results and a flexible cando approach.

Strong executive presence for effective communication with senior client stakeholder. Prior experience of engaging with client CXO level will be good to have.

Ability to deliver effectively in high pressure unstructured project environment.

Must have experience in translating information/ delivering key messages through power point presentations to senior stakeholders

Strong organizational skills required; including good time management

Willingness to learn, work in accordance to project based time zones, grows and stretches into new roles and different industries.
