Location : Pune
Role Outline/Job Summary
The candidate will be a part of the team that reviews, escalates, report and analyze the quality of review and closer by AP Trade Surveillance Team to ensure that the execution and disposition are handled in accordance to appropriate quality standards.
Business/Department Objectives:
• To formalize Quality oversight for the activities of AP Trade and Communication Surveillance Team and to improve quality of the programs by leveraging the results from the review to design corrective actions and/or provide feedback loops for processes and performance improvement.
Quality Oversight:
• Review outcome of alerts closed by Trade and Communication Surveillance Team for accuracy and quality of disposition
• Ensure that the adherence to the escalation and operational procedures
• Ensure that the respective programs are executed in adherence to the Global standards
• Review quality of Work papers documents, reports issued and validation of corrective actions
General:
• Suggest improvements at the analysts and product level through reviews and reports to ensure respective program standards are kept high
• Ensuring that the Quality Assurance process is executed in adherence with global or regional standard policies and procedures, using global standard tools
• Escalation point for review of complex cases to validate that transaction monitoring alerts have been processed in line with quality standards
• Maintain close rapport and work closely with team members to streamline and discuss case investigations, where necessary
Reporting:
• Preparing, validating QA and analyzing outcome of quality assurance performed
• Provide feedback to respective program and work on cross program standardization of alerts monitoring and monitoring and testing variables.
Coaching and Training:
• Support internal training and coaching for new team members
• Analyze and assess the common areas of improvement and provide recommendations accordingly
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Performance of quality oversight, reporting and analysis of portfolio assigned.
Key Deliverables:
• High quality execution of quality assurance review
Required
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification
• Experience: At least two years banking operations, audit, risk and control, compliance or quality assurance role
Skills:
• Strong execution skills
• Strategic thinking and problem solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use technology and analytics in problem solving
• Balanced approach to Business issues, especially from a Compliance Perspective
Experience:
• Experience of Broker Trade and Communication Surveillance
• Knowledge of Trade Process and Markets products
