Job Description
Role: QA Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

Evaluate the transactions by following the quality guidelines provided by the client
Follow the Evaluation Plan and ensure the productivity targets set by the analyst is reached
Identify the coaching opportunities for the agents from different sites and provide feedback
Eligibility & Competency:

Good Speaking & Written Skills
Listening skills
Understanding of QA metrics
Associates with at least 12 months experience in Voice operations (International BPO)
Ready to work in Night Shift
Age Criteria: Max 30 years

1. Written English Test
2. Listening Test
3. Operations Manager Round
4. HR Round
