Job Description

Responsible for 100% Achievement of Product Wise Budgets and Ensure product wise growth.
Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Product Forecasting
Product Suppport e.g. preparation of product wise promotional inputs, designing and driving promotional campaigns
Arranging and executing roadshows / demonstrations / participation in conferences.
Coordinating with QC / Customer Support / Manufacturing / R & D for Redressal of product related issues and product validation.
Market research on competitor products and future potential products.
Responsible for EBIDTA for the division
Extensive Field working and product training of sales team members. Willing to travel all India for 2 weeks in a month.
Drive Product Wise Lead Generation & ensuring a substial product wise prospect pipeline.

Execution of Marketing Strategy across sales team, customers distributors all stake holders in the business.

Experience : Total experience in the Industry 5 - 8 years in the age group of 28 - 30 Years

Qualification : Post Graduate in Life Sciences, preferably biochemistry or B.Tech Biotechnology With First Division.
Must have :
Must be from In-Vitro Diagnostic domain and should have fair knowledge of the industry.
Should understand segments , Positioning and product categorization.
Experience in promoting Lab automation products, preferably clinical chemistry automated analyzers, Heamatology Analyzers & preferably Immunoassay Analyzers also.
Access to large accounts i.e. Large Pathology Labs would be an advantage.
Fluent In English Effective communicator, Analytical bent of mind and aspirational.
Interpersonal relationship ability. Ability to deal with cross functional departments
