Job Description
1. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Unix/Linux Infra management.

2. Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills

3. Identify and resolve conflicts, contention, rollback requirements, etc. for all Middleware instances.

4. Strong skills on Linux and Unix commands.

5. Strong skills on security mechanisms like LDAP and SSL.

6. Strong Skills in Log Analyzing and sever monitoring.

7. Experience in Version upgrade, Patching and environment migration.

8. Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Capacity planning, ITIL frame work.

9. Drive service improvement programs. Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.

10. Responsible for Vendor Management and people management. Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management. Conduct periodic reviews with teams. Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management.
