1. Identifying and researching the market for upcoming companies who can have Potential of recruitment.
2. Identifying and researching the market on established mid and large IT firms for Train and Hire programs.
3. Meeting the recruitment managers of various corporates and convincing them to hire the trained candidates.
4. Improve the quality of placements by bringing better IT companies.
5. Introduce sustainable new initiatives to face the challenges of Training and placement opportunities
