Role & Responsibility
Basic understanding of recruitment process.
Sourcing of CV's as per client requirements.
Provide full life cycle of IT/NonIT recruitment (Traditional Recruiting, Web based Recruiting), that includes: identification and sourcing of external talent, internal marketing of applicable candidate profiles.
Traditional methods would include searching various job portals like Naukri, MonsterIndia, Timesjobs etc.
Match/ Qualify resume against the job requirement.
Pre-qualify the candidates by evaluating technical strengths and career goals through an in-depth technical screening. This would involve talking to the candidates on the phone.
Generate momentum by providing consistent follow up and feedback in order to manage expectations, candidate's availability status that results in a smooth hiring process.
Coordinate telephone and in person interviews with applicants to further evaluate candidate's employability.
Following up the interviews till the final placement is done. Building up the relationship with candidates. Keeping constant touch with the client and the candidate before joining and after selection as well.
Education Qualification (Mandatory) - Any graduate
Education Qualification (Optional / Preferrable) - MBA - Human Resources

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
