Minimum Graduate 2. Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing 3. Good Contacts in Market. 4. Good Communication skills 5. Locality Awareness: Local for minimum 3-4 years
6. Age Between 21 to 30 CTC- Upto 2.LPA + Incentives
SALARY / CTC -- 2.5 L / 3.00 L / + INCENTIVE + BONUS (Exclusive of Mobile Reimbursement & Travelling Conveyance)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Responsible to manage relations with Banca partners , specially with bank employee. 2. To close the leads provided by Relationship Manager of Bank Partner. 3. Conduct skilling sessions for bank staff on a regular basis. 4. Selling of life insurance products and completing monthly sales target. 5. 100 % lead will be provided
1. Should have work experience into Bancassurance channel or Direct channel in any life insurance company OR BFSI Sales. 2. Good Communication Skills 3. Should have successive track record & should be stable in one company for at least 1 year. 4. Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
