Internal Auditing, Verification of quality records and follow up of corrective actions, at various projects Sites.
Identification, investigation resolution and close out of non conformities.
Ensuring all inspection & test points are correctly carried by designated person & duly recorded. Identify & schedule all testing weekly according to work progress & on ITP and assign such duties to Quality Engineers.
Identifying training needs of personnel and provide training on Quality Management.
Maintain Training Records.
Ensuring the smooth handing over documentation for completed projects.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
