Roles & Responsibilities :
• Manage large amounts of inbound/Outbound calls
• Ability to understand US consumer words and take opt-in and transfer the calls to Client Agent
• Make sure to reach weekly/Monthly target given by the company
• Coordinate with management and follow the script followed by management
