Job Description
Overview:
  • 3+ years of work experience 
  • Ready to Work on rotational Shift 
  • Good Communication Skill oral and verbal 
  • Confident to handle assign responsibility 
  • Building smart rules for monitoring. 
Responsibilities:
  • Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end users. 
  • System hangs and lockups, slow performance, Core operating performance issues & System resource issues. 
  • Windows Printing/Network Printing/Printer Re-direction. 
  • Troubleshoot network related issues (file share access OR mapped drives) 
  • Support for resetting permissions using the DCOM Configuration Tool (DCOMCNFG.EXE) 
  • Remote Desktop Client related issues. 
  • Troubleshoot Application hangs, Initial troubleshooting of user-mode access violations. 
  • Troubleshoot end user applications like, MS office, Adobe, Mozilla, Google Apps etc. 
  • Operating System, Security Updates and Service Pack Installation. 
  • Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime. 
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment. 
  • Troubleshoot user Profile/Logon related issues. 
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software. 
  • Requesting and coordinating vendor support. 
  • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment. 
  • Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment. 
  • Provide user data and application recovery. 
  • Transfer user data OR Profile Migration related issues. 
  • Develop monitoring rules to identify desktop related issues proactively. 
  • Communicate with Product management to understand client and market requirements. 
Qualifications: 

Any Graduate
  • MCP or above certification on client operating system.
