Experience: 10-15 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days
Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in managing NOC with Telecom Background
Should have Good exposure of GSM,VOIP,SIP, MSRC, RTP, MSRP, RCS
Manages all stake holders and has excellent communication and convincing skills.
Manages the expedient resolution of all activities related to the requests in a 24x7x365 working environment. Provide input into process and procedure for increasing reliability, reducing procedural errors and managing change within the Platform
Ensure Maintenance Notification and Service Advisory communication is distributed to stakeholders in accordance with SOP.
Must be flexible to work day and night shifts to cover for scheduled and unscheduled absence.
Manage staff work schedules.
Develop standard operating procedures.
Create and maintain training material for NOC Technicians.
Manage multiple concurrent interdisciplinary projects and ability to work on a team.
Manages project within the NOC to ensure technical readiness for new business requirements skills
