We have several positions for Culinary (Kitchen) , Food and Beverage Service and Front office Interns, around the US with brands like Hyatt / Renaissance / OMNI / Hilton / Fairmont / Westin and Marriott Hotels as well as with several Boutique 4 and 5* Resorts .
Positions open: Culinary/Front Office/F&B Service Interns and Trainees Start Date: IMMEDIATE Salary: $9-$12 per hr.
Duration: 12 Months
Who can apply?
Currently a final year Diploma/ Degree student in Hotel Management .
Fresh graduates who have completed a 3/4 year Hospitality Diploma /Degree program
3/4 year Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management with at least 1 year of related industry experience.
12th Std with at least 5 years of related Hotel work experience.
Excellent English Language Skills.
Sociable and Enthusiastic about experiencing new cultures and meeting new people.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
