  • Drive exclusive arrangements with key dealers and tie up with them for distribution of our products
  • Recruit, manage and train a productive sales team to meet organization objectives and targets set for them
  • Introduce and drive new schemes for business including festive schemes etc.
  • Planning monthly, quarterly and annual targets and ensure resources are available for achieving the said targets
  • Managing cost of acquisition by ensuring good productivity
  • Identify products and businesses based market potential
