JOB DESCRIPTION

International Voice Process where there will be interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolve customer issues over call (Voice Process)

Industry : BPO

Designation : Associate

Experience : 0 to 3 years Experience (looking for Immediate Joiners)

Salary : Based on your previous experience according to Industry Standards

EDUCATION CRITERIA :

PUC & Graduate freshers and experienced Candidates

Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma ) with minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support

No M.Tech Graduates

SKILLS:

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent written Skills

Proactively Communicating with various teams within the client.

Only candidates with excellent communication skills will be shortlisted
