We are looking for a experienced Mobile developer with iOS and Android development skills responsible for the end to end development . Your primary focus will be architecting solution & development of iOS & Android applications/sdk and their integration with back-end services. Having web development experience is a plus. The candidate would be directly working with the Co-founders and help in taking the product to the next level.
1. Proficient with Java or C#, Objective-C or C/C++ , Swift 2.0/3.0 etc
2. Proficient experience working with iOS SDK
3. Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio and integrating different libraries like Gradle etc.
4. Strong understanding of Googles Android design principles, interface guidelines, patterns and best practices. Similarly Knowledge & understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Design principles.
5. Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming and design patterns.
6. Working knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system.
7. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android/iOS applications to back-end services.
8. The ability to think in 3-D and visualize the spatial relations between objects is critical.
9. Game development experience would be a plus.
10 Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Github.
11. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
