Should have relevant experience in Record to report, GL accounting.
Must have done onsite transition for process excellence and process improvement.
The position will be responsible for providing support/ assistance in initiating and implementing of Finance & Accounts processes and practices in line with the Organizational and JBS initiatives and functional plans for the named vertical in Shared Services.
Work collaboratively with clients teams and assume overall responsibility for communication and engagement when transitioning new services and customers
Provide effective customer service such as handling complicated customer queries, issues and concerns
Operational MIS and Analytics
Set the effective goals aiming for better quality, escalating processes, high speed and efficiency
Efficient and well organized person so that he/she can run the multiple offerings that will be sent out of the Business Function
Ensure that delivery of transactional tasks is 'best in class'

Hands On in managing Project Issues, Risks and appropriate Risk Mitigation Plans and Approach.
Guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience

Work with Reporting Supervisor of the JBS to establish the right governance.
Regularly report to Manager on the team performance and KPIs.
Work as a backup and help manager in certain areas.
Attend conference calls with the Regional process partners on a regular basis.

Team handling experience is mandatory
Candidate should be Lean /Six sigma/ Green belt certified.
Overall Exp. required 8-17 years.
Experience of having managed a Finance Shared Services set up with close interface with automated Workflow tools etc. is preferred
