  • Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Talent Acquisition and Induction Leverage employee referrals and job-sites to minimize costs.
  • Driving Performance Management System for all the employees. (Goal Setting and Appraisal)
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Participate in Career Conversation for the employees with reference to their Career aspirations
  • Support in identification of training needs & work as a facilitator with L& OD team in order to achieve the planned man days training based on the feedback from the appraisals and reporting managers.
  • Efficient handling of employee grievances & redressal.
  • Job Evaluation
  • Assisting in IR activities and discussions.
