Job Description Business Consulting /Marketing Analytics
Combination of modelling& strategy- 30%data,40% strategy,30% modelling SAS is mandatory- R/ Python is preferred Exp in retail banking / retail analytics is mandatory ML experience would be added advantage 4 year Bachelors or Masters degree from reputed university with concentration on marketing, finance, economics or other quantitative fields such as statistics or engineering. Strong analytical skills with 3-5 years of relevant analytics experience. Knowledge of retail banking products preferable Experience of modern analysis methods and machine learning kits such as (but not limited to) Random Forest, Markov Chain analysis, Gradient boosting, Pathway analysis, Collaborative Filtering, Neural Networks\LSTM, Self-Organising Maps etc Ability to deliver the data science solution with a 100% hands-on approach. Expertise in architecting and communicating a data based analytical solution for a given use-case Enthusiasm for proactively seeking, exploring and developing use cases for new data and/or tools/wider industry trends Proficiency in SAS, R/Python Programming languages and MS Office tools like Excel & PowerPoint is preferred. Exposure to open source tools like Tensor Flow and cloud analytics platform such as AWS Redshift , Azure etc. will be added advantage Ability to break down problems into smaller and logical fragments that can be related to definitive solutions / approaches, concise data requirements and definitive timelines to complete Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
