Job Description
  • Person will be responsible for driving sales for consumer durable finance business for the location.
  • Person will be required to build a team of Relationship managers/ Sales managers and Sales People on the ground who need to source business from the channels.
  • Person will be required to establish relationships with the existing channel partners for developing business and enhance market share.
  • Need to appoint new channel partners (as per norms of the company) for enhancing business.
  • Person would need to achieve the location budget through the team which includes Branch sales target, ALR, controlling PDD/delinquency.
  • Would need to meet up channels along with the relationship managers and driving the team
