Key Responsibilities: • Support the regions in empanelment of advocates or law firms and Monitor the performance and quality of the empaneled Advocates and/or law firms • Should have knowledge of DRT proceedings and SARFAESI, Sec.138 cases of NI Act, Arbitration Proceedings, Civil Recovery Suites and Execution Proceedings, Sec.156(3) cases under CrPC, Consumer cases, State Commission appeals etc…. • Should have handled documentation/legal opinion on the property title trace and guide the team with solutions. • Drafting and issuance of Legal Notices. Preparing responses to customers Legal notices and Ombudsman Complaints. • Manage database/MIS of all the ongoing proceedings across functions and regions, follow up with concerned business/regional team for closure and to circulate the MIS as and when required by HO.
