Inside Sales / Lead Generator 

Roles & Responsibilities

 The IT sales Lead Generation is responsible for prospect and generate new sales lead to

support the sales team.

 This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new

business prospects from multiple sources via telephone, mass mailing & market research,

database & etc..,

 Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation targets.

 Should be proactive to follow-up with leads.

 Develop innovative approaches to lead generation.

 Prior experience in interacting with C level Management of the companies and maintain good

rapport with existing clients and new clients.

 Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Fixing appointments

for the sales team

 Sending Business proposals, presenting them new concepts & services of our company

 Sales closure 

Skills & Qualifications

 Experience in ERP / CRM software Solutions sales and an understanding of how these apply to

business processes.

 We are looking for highly talented self-motivated individual with excellent oral and

presentation skills

 Lead generation specialists should also be able to build strong networks in- and

outside their organizations, and work well in teams or independently.

  Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as Business Development executive or

Lead Generator preferably in IT industry.

 Any graduation or master’s in business Administration (Marketing)
