We have an opening in leading Financial Services MNC, Gurgaon Java Developer

Location - Gurgaon, Sector 44

Role Application Lead / Technical Lead â€" Java
Org Level Individual Contributor - IC3
Reporting To Manager - IT
Shift Time 12 Noon - 9pm
Experience 6 Yrs - 8 yrs

Interview Process
Written Test
- Candidates will be asked to choose any three best skills from - Core Java , Database , Web services , Ajax , Data Structure , JSP , Spring.

Plus in person Interview.

Essential:
"CORE Java, OOPs, SQL, Enterprise Java (JEE), J2EE (Spring, Hibernate) , XML, JDBC, Web services, Ant/Maven,
One or more source code repository like SVN, GIT, TFS etc.
Strong on Web Services and UML design patterns.
Strong understanding on basic database concepts.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Design and develop technical solutions to build new or enhance existing software in accordance with departmental development standards meeting business needs.70%
"Drive decision making on technology, designs, weighing pros and cons of multiple options.
Driving migration of applications to newer or better software and taking ownership of enforcement on team.10%
"Continous improvement of unit testing process to make sure verification done before delivering on QA environment.
Supporting initiatives to improve existing technology and tools used in the organization.
Collaborate with product/development manager/senior leaders to deliver production ready software.10%
